1.Main Products:

We mainly deal with pad printing machines, screen printing machines, and hot stamping machines, which can meet the printing needs of different products. Meanwhile, we provide supporting consumables and tools, and can also customize printing solutions.

2.Pre - sales Services:

We offer free technical consultation, as well as product pictures, technical documents, demonstration videos and other materials. For special requirements, we will form a team to customize exclusive solutions.

3.Payment Methods:

In principle, we do not recommend personal account transfers and personal payment methods. Special cases will be evaluated and handled.

4.Ordering Process:

After you confirm the purchase, we will provide a Proforma Invoice (PI). After you make the payment according to the PI, we will arrange production and closely cooperate with logistics until you receive the goods safely.

5.Proofing Matters:

Direct customers can request proofing. The proofing simulates actual production to ensure that the machine is suitable for the products. Proofing is free for customers who have confirmed orders, and a fee will be charged for those who have not. The fee will be deducted after the order is confirmed.

6.After - sales Service:

Although most of us do not have overseas after - sales service points, we have a professional sales team to provide online support. The equipment has a simple structure, and most problems can be solved online to ensure your using experience.
